Yesterday is the past. So, let go of it. Tomorrow is the future. You can plan, but don't worry. Just live in the moment which is today. Because if you keep thinking about the past and worrying about the future......you've missed out on the present. And the present is just that, a gift. Once it is gone, you can't get it back.

Just being there is enough. You don't always
have to "Fix' things for everybody.....sometimes they just need to know
you are there for them and listen with an open heart. ♥
