Yesterday is the past. So, let go of it. Tomorrow is the future. You can plan, but don't worry. Just live in the moment which is today. Because if you keep thinking about the past and worrying about the future......you've missed out on the present. And the present is just that, a gift. Once it is gone, you can't get it back.

Sometimes we need to stand up for ourselves
and respect ourselves enough to NOT allow people to walk all over us and
disrespect us. You can still be nice and love your enemies, but don't
allow yourself to be abused and used. You have rights also. ♥
